Ashbourne Animal Welfare

**Ashbourne Animal Welfare** Registered Charity No. 1014249. Based in Ashbourne, this registered charity has helped thousands of animals in need since 1990. The organisation cares for and rehomes unwanted stray dogs and cats, ensuring all animals are neutered before they go to new homes. They also work to control the stray cat population by neutering feral colonies. Their shelter can house up to 40 dogs and 30 cats, with specialised isolation and recovery areas, and a dedicated maternity wing for cats. They are always seeking loving, permanent homes for the many animals in their care.
